A delicate rose-gold hue in the glass, this luminous Nelson Rosé displays bright aromas of red pear and crushed cranberry. The vibrant palate of pink plum and ripe citrus is underpinned with notes of fresh fig and a subtle hint of crab-apple. With just a touch of balancing sweetness this delightfully vibrant and fresh Rosé has a wonderfully long, luscious and persistent finish.

Typically fresh aromatics of quality Trinity Hill Hawkes Bay Chardonnay are evident including citrus, white flowers and stone fruit. These are complemented on the palate by a creamy richness from aging on lees. Roast hazelnut, almond and hints of gunflint result from the indigenous fermentation in barrel.

The blackberry, spice and liquorice nuances combine to produce a fruit dominant but complex wine. A small inclusion of the white variety Viognier gives the wine beautiful perfume and allows the wine more accessibility while young. This wine is of the lighter style.

This wine displays tropical fruit, ripe pear and banana aromas with nuances of nectarines. The palate is lush and oily with apple, pear and spicy flavours, complemented with a weighty, textural finish.

Triplebank Rose is a subtle tea-rose pink, and shows aromas of red fruits and creamy almond notes reminiscent of fresh strawberry shortcake. The palate is dry and full, with raspberry and pomegranate sorbet flavours and fresh, characteristic, Awatere acidity. The intense fruit flavours persist on the finish.

This pale gold Triplebank Sauvignon Blanc meets the nose with a bouquet of punchy aromatics, from freshly cut capsicum, tomato leaf, citrus, and hints of jalapeño transfer onto a powerful palate. The satisfying palate has notes of herbs and nettle underpinned with grapefruit all bound with in a striking minerality. This wine is complex and layered, inviting you to linger and discover.

Bramble, spice and wild herb aromatics sit gently on the nose, then lead to an elegant finely driven mouthfeel, showing poise, freshness and a lingering persistent finish.

Velluto Rosso Cask Wine Red. A sweet, soft red wine, made from a blend of red grape varieties. Best served at room temperature, either on its own or with food.

Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.

Pale straw in colour, fresh, fruity and floral on the nose. The palate is full with delicate apple and pear fruit flavours complimented by smooth velvety bubbles.
