The wine has aromas of fresh strawberries and cream with hints of raspberry and citrus zest. This is a light-bodied wine with luscious flavours of juicy strawberry and raspberry with a hint of creamy lemon curd. It is a dry style rosé which is crisp and refreshing.

Aromas of red apple and raspberry. The palate is ripe and concentrated, with red berries and orchard fruits. Beautifully balanced with a long fragrant finish.

Enticing aromas of wild strawberries and watermelon with a delicate floral lift. The creamy palate is carefully balanced by crisp acidity creating a juicy, flavourful palate of red fruit with a lingering finish that is deliciously moreish.

A delicate rose-gold hue in the glass, this luminous Nelson Rosé displays bright aromas of red pear and crushed cranberry. The vibrant palate of pink plum and ripe citrus is underpinned with notes of fresh fig and a subtle hint of crab-apple. With just a touch of balancing sweetness this delightfully vibrant and fresh Rosé has a wonderfully long, luscious and persistent finish.

The wine is a subtle tea-rose pink and shows aromas of red fruits and creamy almond notes reminiscent of fresh strawberry shortcake. The palate is dry and full, with raspberry and pomegranate sorbet flavours and fresh, characteristic, Awatere acidity. The intense fruit flavours persist on the finish.

Refreshingly lighter in alcohol at 9.5%, Wither Hills Early Light Rosé is elegant and vibrant with bright acidity and flavours of summer berries. Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar. This lower level of sugar means less alcohol is converted resulting in a lighter in alcohol style of wine.
