Put a spin on your old friend Collins with the addition of Elderflower liqueur & Lillet Blanc (or vermouth).
You will need:
- 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml Jameson Original
- 1 Lemon twist
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Lillet Blanc (or Bianco/White vermouth)
- 90ml Soda Water
To make:
- Combine Jameson Original, Lillet Blanc, Elderflower liqueur & lemon juice together & stir
- Pour into a highball glass filled with ice & stir again before topping with soda water
- Garnish with a lemon twist
